Opening Ceremony of the Most Secret Hayagriva Statue on 2 Apr 2022

On 2 April 2022 at 2pm, our kind and learned teacher Geshe Lama Konchok shall be carrying out prayers at the Centre for the final consecration of the image of Tamdrin Yangsang (Most Secret Hayagriva), the wrathful protector of Geshe la’s alma mater, Sera Jey Monastic University. 

 

The image will, by then, have been infused with the requisite “zung” and will also contain a host of blessed substances and relics gifted by, amongst others, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, His Eminence the 7th Ling Rinpoche, Lama Zopa Rinpoche, the late Khensur Lundrup Rigsel Rinpoche, the learned masters of Sera Jey, Drepung Gomang and Gyudmed Tantric College.

 

All benefactors and members of the public are welcome to attend at the Centre to pay respects to Tamdrin Yangsang.
